I have been meaning to try Sasi's Thai on one of my work trips and today was the day. Ordering takeout over the phone was easy and the food was ready and hot within 10 minutes. I ordered the Lard Na with shrimp, Green Curry with shrimp, and a half order of Fresh Shrimp Spring Roll. I paid $45 with tax and no tip (takeout) for these dishes. First, the spring roll. It's large and light, and mostly stuffed with lettuce. There was not a lot of vermicelli and very little shrimp. The flavor was pretty good, and the peanut sauce was decent. For the price, I did not feel like it was worth it. Second was the green curry. The portion is decently sized, maybe lacking a few shrimp, but the flavor is good. It's on the runnier side, but that didn't dilute the flavor. It's leans more sweet than what I'm used to, I prefer a more savory green curry with a stronger more punchy and spicy flavor. The rice that came with it was a smaller portion. Once again, I feel like it's not worth the price, but if they lowered the price it would be a decent dish. Lastly the lard nah. The portion size is very small for the price and there were only 6 smallish shrimp. The main gripe I have with it is the consis

I had the chicken satay appetizer and the cashew nut chicken plate, and both were really good and fresh. However, I prefer the chicken they used in the chicken satay as it tasted better and was juicer. The cashew nut plate lacked a little bit of flavor, but overall was enjoyable

Yesterday was our first time trying this place and it won’t be our last. The food and service were superlative. We tried several things but the Noodle Kra Prao and the Thai basil with beef were the standouts. The broth was sublime so much depth of flavor it is perfection. The fried spring rolls were delicious too. Everything was super fresh the veggies crunchy, perfectly cooked. I wish they had more customers because the place is terrific and immaculately clean which is a big plus. The location is a bit hidden but please go patronize this place it’s a gem.

I'm visiting from out of state and had such a good experience at Sasi's! It's a family owned spot and the owner is very personable and attentive. I ordered pot stickers and Massaman curry - both delicious. I've had a lot of Thai and this ranks among the best. Highly recommend.

The service was absolutely 10/10, the food was amazing, my mother and I had 3-4 plates.. left them clean. The server was very kind and patient, he was helpful in describing the meals in such a way that made them sound delicious :)) highly recommend.
